- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- Optional toppings: sliced pepperoni, green peppers, or black olives
- Olive oil for brushing
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C). For quick prep, use a Presto Pizzazz Plus Rotating Pizza Oven.
- Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface into your desired thickness. Place it on a greased baking sheet or pizza stone.
- Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a border around the edges.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese generously on top.
- Sprinkle dried oregano and garlic powder evenly for authentic flavor.
- Add optional toppings if desired.
- Bristle the crust with a light brush of olive oil for a golden finish.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden and cheese is bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before slicing.

- You can customize your pizza with any toppings you like or have on hand, such as sliced peppers or olives.
