Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine sour cream, mayonnaise, smoked paprika, cayenne, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add the popped popcorn and shredded cheese into the mixture, stirring gently to combine.
- Transfer the mixture into a baking dish and bake for 15-20 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving. Enjoy hot!
