Instructions

- In a separate bowl, beat butter and sugar until creamy. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
- Mix in vanilla extract, rose water, and a few drops of pink food coloring.
- Gradually add dry ingredients, alternating with warm milk, and mix until smooth.
- Divide batter among cupcake liners and bake for 18–20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Allow cupcakes to cool before frosting and decorating with rose petals.
