- Salt and pepper
- 12 small slider buns
- 12 slices cheddar cheese
- Pickles, sliced
- Bacon strips, cooked and crispy
- Ketchup and mustard (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat a skillet over medium heat. Form ground beef into 12 small patties, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Place a slice of cheddar cheese on each patty during the last minute of cooking to melt.
- Toast slider buns lightly in the skillet or oven.
- Assemble sliders by placing each beef patty on a bun bottom, topping with pickles, bacon, and condiments if desired, then cover with the top bun.
Notes
- For a spicy kick, add jalapeΓ±os or spicy mustard.
- Use brioche buns for extra richness.
