Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare the pie crust in a dish.
- In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, heavy cream, salt, and pepper; then mix in the vegetables and cheese.
- Pour the filling into the prepared crust and spread evenly, then bake for 30-35 minutes until set and golden brown.
- Cool for 10 minutes, garnish with herbs, and serve warm or at room temperature.
