Instructions
- Line a baking dish with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix rolled oats, chopped dried fruits, nuts, and chia seeds.
- In a saucepan, warm honey and peanut butter until smooth, then pour over the dry ingredients.
- Mix thoroughly until well combined.
- Press the mixture firmly into the prepared dish and evenly flatten.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until set.
- Cut into bars and serve.
