- Kiwi, sliced
- Mandarin oranges, segmented
- Red, white, and blue gel food coloring or icing (optional)

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Roll out the sugar cookie dough into a circular shape approximately 1/4 inch thick on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown. Let it cool completely.
- In a mixing bowl, blend the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
- Spread the cream mixture evenly over the cooled crust.
- Use slices of strawberries to create the center red circle of the shield.
- Arrange blueberries around the red center as the blue outer circle.
- Add slices of kiwi and mandarin oranges to form concentric rings mimicking the shield’s design.
- Optional: Use red and white gel icing to add details or outlines for a more authentic shield look.
- Brush with honey or fruit glaze to give the fruits extra shine and freshness.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- For best results, prepare the crust and cream layer ahead of time and assemble just before serving.
- Adjust fruit quantities for larger or smaller pizzas as needed.
