Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh dragonfruit pulp (peeled and diced)
  • 1/2 cup agave nectar or maple syrup
  • 2 tsp agar-agar powder
  • 1/4 tsp pink salt (optional)
  • Pink food-grade glitter (optional, for shimmer)
  • Pink silicone gummy bear mold

Instructions

  1. Blend dragonfruit pulp until smooth in a blender or food processor.
  2. Pour puree into a small saucepan with agave and agar-agar; whisk well.
  3. Bring mixture to a gentle simmer over medium heat, stirring constantly for 3–4 minutes until agar dissolves completely.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in pink salt and glitter (if using).
  5. Pour mixture into silicone gummy bear molds, filling each cavity about 3/4 full.
  6. Refrigerate for 20–25 minutes until set.
  7. Unmold and store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week.
