- 1/4 tsp activated charcoal powder (or coffee creamer for lighter grey)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/8 tsp salt
- Fresh raspberries and mint for garnish
- Optional: 1 tbsp melted dark chocolate for drizzle
Instructions
- In a large bowl, whip heavy cream with an electric mixer until soft peaks form.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together sweetened condensed milk, cocoa powder, activated charcoal, vanilla, and salt until smooth.
- Gently fold the chocolate mixture into the whipped cream until fully combined and uniformly grey.
- Spoon or pipe into serving glasses or bowls.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set.
- Before serving, top with fresh raspberries, mint, and a drizzle of melted chocolate.
Notes
- Activated charcoal is safe for consumption in small amounts, but can stain teeth — enjoy in moderation!
- For a dairy-free version, use coconut whipped cream and vegan sweetened condensed milk.
