- 1 package (3 oz) assorted fruit-flavored gelatin (red, green, purple, blue)
- 2 cups boiling water
- 1 cup cold water
- 1/4 cup sugar (optional, for sweetness)
- Edible glitter or gold leaf for garnish
Instructions
- Dissolve each flavor of gelatin separately in 1 cup boiling water, stirring well.
- Add 1/4 cup cold water to each flavor and stir. Chill until partially set (~1 hour).
- Pour a thin layer of one colored gelatin into a mold and let it set until firm (~2 hours).
- Repeat with different flavors, layering each once firm, to create colorful, geometric sections.
- Unmold carefully once fully set. Garnish with edible glitter or gold leaf before serving.
Notes
- Use clear gelatin for better transparency and colorful effect.
- Chill layers thoroughly to prevent mixing hues.
- You can pour into silicone molds for unique shapes.
