Instructions
- In a large bowl, sift together the flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar.
- Make a well in the center and pour in the milk, egg, and melted butter; mix until smooth.
- Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium-high heat.
- Pour 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake; cook until bubbles form on the surface and edges are golden.
- Flip and cook until golden on the other side.
- Serve topped with berries, edible flowers, and syrup.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add a teaspoon of vanilla extract to the batter.
