- 3 packs of flavored gelatin (red, green, blue)
- 2 cups boiling water
- 1 cup cold water
- Edible glitter or shimmer powder
- Mini candy canes for decoration
Instructions
- Prepare each flavored gelatin in separate bowls by dissolving the powder in boiling water, then adding cold water.
- Pour the red gelatin into a mold and refrigerate until set (about 1 hour).
- Repeat with green and blue gelatin, layering them in the mold for a rainbow effect, refrigerating each layer until firm before adding the next.
- Once fully set, sprinkle edible glitter on top and add miniature candy canes for garnish.
Notes
- Use glow-in-the-dark or luminous gelatin if available for extra effect.
- Allow each layer to set completely before adding the next to create distinct colorful layers.
