- 8 slices of bacon
- 200g black pudding, sliced
- Lettuce leaves
- Tomato slices
- Mustard or brown sauce
- Butter for toasting
Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, fry black pudding slices until crispy on each side.
- Toast the baps lightly with butter until golden.
- Spread mustard or brown sauce inside each bun.
- Layer lettuce, tomato, black pudding, and bacon inside the buns.
- Serve immediately with your favorite breakfast sides.
