Ingredients
Scale
- 6 slices of bacon
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup pancake mix
- ¾ cup milk
- 1 tablespoon butter
- Maple syrup (for serving)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place the bacon in a large skillet over medium heat and cook until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.
- In a mixing bowl, combine pancake mix and milk, whisk until smooth.
- Heat a griddle or non-stick pan over medium heat, add butter and pour ¼ cup of batter for each pancake. Cook until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- In the same skillet, melt some butter and crack the eggs, cooking to your desired doneness. Season with salt and pepper.
Notes
- For extra fluffy pancakes, let the batter rest briefly before cooking.
- Use a thermometer to check the griddle temperature (around 350°F).
- Customize eggs with cheese, vegetables, or herbs.
- Serve with warm maple syrup for an ultimate breakfast experience.
