- 12 small corn or flour tortillas
- 2 cups shredded lettuce
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup salsa

Instructions
- Wash and chop all your vegetables. Dice the tomatoes and red onion. Shred the lettuce and set aside.
