Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease your cake pans.

- In another bowl, combine the melted butter, honey, eggs, and vanilla extract until well blended.
- Gradually add the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients, stirring gently to combine.
- Slowly pour in the buttermilk, mixing until the batter is smooth.
- Pour the batter into your prepared cake pans.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Let the cakes cool completely on a wire rack.
- Brush the tops with warm honey and sprinkle edible gold for a regal finish.
