Instructions
- Gather all ingredients: melted butter, sugar, cocoa powder, eggs, vanilla extract, flour, salt, and optional chocolate chips.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine melted butter and sugar, mixing until smooth. Add cocoa powder, eggs, and vanilla extract. Stir to combine, then gradually incorporate flour and salt. Optionally, fold in chocolate chips.
- Preheat your oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C). Grease and flour an 8Γ8 inch baking pan, then pour the brownie batter in, spreading evenly.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out with moist crumbs. Allow to cool in the pan for 15 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
- Serve warm or with vanilla ice cream for an extravagant treat!
