Instructions
- Season the ground beef with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Mix well and shape into small patties.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the patties for 3-4 minutes on each side. Top with cheese during the last minute to melt.
- Assemble the sliders by placing a cheese-topped beef patty on the bottom half of a slider bun, adding lettuce, tomato slices, and pickles, then capping with the top bun.
- Serve and enjoy with crispy fries or potato chips!
