- 1 bell pepper, diced (any color)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup barbecue sauce
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 hamburger buns
- Optional toppings: pickles, coleslaw, cheese
- Fries, for serving
Instructions
- Heat a large frying pan over medium heat, add ground beef, onions, and bell pepper, and sautΓ© until beef is browned and onions translucent.
- Stir in barbecue sauce and Worcestershire sauce, season with salt and pepper, and let simmer for 5 minutes.
- Toast hamburger buns lightly, scoop meat mixture onto the bottom half, add toppings, and place the top bun on.
- Serve Sloppy Joes alongside crispy fries and enjoy with family and friends!
