- 4 ripe peaches, diced
- 1 small red onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 jalapeño, seeded and minced (optional for heat)
- Juice of 2 limes
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Gather all your fresh ingredients, dice the peaches, finely chop the red onion, and chop the cilantro.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the diced peaches, chopped red onion, fresh cilantro, and jalapeño. Stir gently.
- Juice the limes over the mixture and add salt and black pepper to taste. Stir well.
- Transfer to a serving dish, garnish with extra cilantro, and serve immediately or chill for 30 minutes.

- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
- This salsa pairs perfectly with tortilla chips, grilled chicken, or fish.
