- 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
- 2 cups chicken broth

- 2 cups cooked rice
- Scallions and sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- Marinate chicken in soy sauce and honey for 15 minutes.
- Heat sesame oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add chicken and cook until golden brown.
- Stir in garlic and ginger, cook until fragrant.
- Add chicken broth, simmer until chicken is fully cooked and sauce thickens.
- Serve hot over rice, garnished with scallions and sesame seeds.

- Adjust sweetness by varying honey amount.
- For spicier flavor, add chili flakes.
- Use chicken thighs for juicier meat.
