- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 cups beef broth
- 1 cup macaroni pasta
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup milk
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
- In a large pot, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add chopped onion and minced garlic; cook until softened.
- Pour in beef broth and bring to a boil.
- Add macaroni and cook until al dente, about 8 minutes.
- Stir in shredded cheddar cheese and milk until melted and creamy.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions.
Notes
- Use sharp cheddar for richer flavor.
- You can substitute ground turkey or veggie crumbles for a different protein source.
