Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, toss diced potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Spread potatoes on the sheet pan and roast for 20 minutes.
- Add sliced sausage to the pan and continue roasting for another 10-15 minutes, until potatoes are crispy and sausage is cooked.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese over the hot mixture and bake for 5 minutes until melted.
- Drizzle ranch dressing, garnish with parsley, and serve warm.
