Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, sift together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, blend the softened butter and sugar until creamy.
- Add the eggs, milk, and vanilla extract, mixing until smooth.
- Gradually pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients, stirring until just combined.
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Fill each cupcake liner about ¾ full with the batter.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Once baked, remove from the oven and let them cool completely before decorating.
