Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, combine buttermilk, egg, and melted butter.
- Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease.
- Pour 1/4 cup batter per pancake and cook until bubbles form, about 2-3 minutes.
- Flip and cook for another 2 minutes until golden brown.
- Stack pancakes, top with berries, sprinkles, and a drizzle of syrup. Serve warm.
Notes
- For extra magic, add edible glitter on top.
- Use fresh berries for vibrant color and flavor.
- Adjust batter thickness with additional buttermilk if needed.
