Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine turkey, cranberries, stuffing mix, Parmesan, eggs, parsley, salt, and pepper.
- Form mixture into 1-inch balls and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bristol with olive oil and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
Notes
For extra flavor, add chopped pecans or walnuts. Serve with cranberry sauce or gravy for dipping.
