- 4 slices bacon, chopped
- 1 small onion, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cooked chicken breasts, shredded
- 1 package potato gnocchi
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- In a large pot, cook bacon until crispy; remove and set aside.
- In the same pot, sauté onion and garlic in bacon fat until translucent.
- Add shredded chicken, chicken broth, and bring to a boil.
- Stir in gnocchi and cook until tender, about 3-4 minutes.
- Reduce heat and stir in heavy cream, season with salt and pepper.
- Serve hot, garnished with bacon bits and fresh parsley.

- You can substitute turkey bacon for a leaner option.
- For a gluten-free version, use gluten-free gnocchi.
