- 12 oz (340 g) pasta (penne or fettuccine)
- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup ranch dressing
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
- Add cooked shredded chicken to the skillet and warm through.
- Pour in ranch dressing and stir until combined.
- Mix in shredded cheddar and Parmesan cheeses until melted and smooth.
- Add cooked pasta and crumbled bacon; toss to coat evenly.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add sautéed mushrooms or cherry tomatoes.
- Use BBQ chicken for a smoky variation.
