Instructions
- Place chicken breasts and potatoes in the crockpot.
- In a bowl, mix garlic, parmesan, heavy cream, olive oil, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the mixture over chicken and potatoes.
- Cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3 hours until chicken is tender and potatoes are cooked.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

- Can substitute chicken thighs for breasts.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Serve with crusty bread or steamed vegetables.
