- 8 oz penne or your favorite pasta
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cooked and sliced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Add grated Parmesan cheese and stir until melted and smooth.
- Season with salt and pepper. Add cooked chicken slices to the sauce and warm through.
- Combine cooked pasta with the sauce and toss to coat evenly.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
- You can substitute cooked shredded rotisserie chicken for a quicker option.
- Use any type of pasta you prefer.
