Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning, then add to the skillet and cook until browned on both sides, about 5-6 minutes per side.
- Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute.
- Pour in heavy cream and add sliced pepperoncini peppers, stirring to combine.
- Reduce heat to low and simmer until chicken is cooked through and sauce thickens, about 10 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
