- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 small flour or corn tortillas
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Mix cooked chicken, cheese, onion, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Place a scoop of mixture in each tortilla and roll tightly to form a taquito.
- Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray and place taquitos seam-side down.
- Cook at 400°F (200°C) for 8-10 minutes or until golden and crispy, flipping halfway.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add minced garlic or herbs to the filling.
- Use corn tortillas for a more authentic taste.
