- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, toss cauliflower florets with soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- In a separate bowl, mix panko breadcrumbs and sesame seeds.
- Sprinkle cornstarch over cauliflower and toss to coat evenly.
- Dredge cauliflower florets in breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to adhere.
- Arrange cauliflower in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking halfway through, until golden and crispy.
- Serve topped with chopped green onions and extra sesame seeds if desired.
Notes
- For extra crunch, double coat the cauliflower in breadcrumbs.
- Serve with vegan dipping sauce or a spicy sriracha mayo.
