Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking pan and line with parchment paper.
- Melt butter and dark chocolate chips together until smooth.
- In a bowl, mix sugar, eggs, and vanilla. Combine with the melted chocolate mixture.
- Sift in flour and cocoa powder, fold gently.
- Pour batter into the prepared pan and bake for 25-30 minutes. Let cool.
- Decorate the cooled brownies with white icing to create skull designs.
