Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Bring water and butter to a boil in a saucepan.
- Add flour all at once and stir vigorously until dough pulls away from sides.
- Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
- Beat in eggs one at a time until smooth and glossy.
- Drop dough by spoonfuls onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden and puffed.
- Whip heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold in chopped strawberries to make the filling.
- Cut cooled cream puffs in half and fill with strawberry cream.
- Dust with powdered sugar and garnish with fresh strawberries.
