Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Roll out puff pastry on a lightly floured surface and cut into two squares.

- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden and crispy.
- While baking, fry eggs in butter until sunny side up.
- Top each pastry with a fried egg, garnish with parsley, and serve immediately.
