Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook ground beef and diced onion until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add vegetables, soup, salt, and pepper; stir until combined and heated through.
  4. Transfer mixture to a casserole dish and sprinkle with cheese.
