- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 cup mixed vegetables (frozen or fresh)
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 cups Tater Tots
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, cook ground beef and diced onion until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add vegetables, soup, salt, and pepper; stir until combined and heated through.
- Transfer mixture to a casserole dish and sprinkle with cheese.
- Arrange Tater Tots evenly on top of the mixture.
- Bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes or until Tater Tots are crispy and golden.
Notes
- Can substitute ground turkey or chicken for beef.
- For extra flavor, add garlic powder or paprika.
- Serve with a side of green salad for a complete meal.
