Instructions
- Start by blending the fresh watermelon cubes in a blender until smooth. Strain through a fine mesh sieve if you desire a smoother punch.
- In a large pitcher, combine the watermelon juice with lime juice and honey or simple syrup, stirring well.
- Add the vodka or rum if you want an alcoholic version. Adjust the amount based on your preference.
- Pour in the lemon-lime soda or sparkling water for a fizzy effect. Gently stir to blend everything together.
