- 1/2 teaspoon green food coloring
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Silicone lollipop molds with themed shapes (like the Eye of Agamotto)
- Lollipop sticks
Instructions
- Line your silicone molds with wrappers and insert lollipop sticks into each cavity.
- In a heavy saucepan, combine sugar, corn syrup, water, and cream of tartar. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly.
- Attach a candy thermometer and cook without stirring until the mixture reaches 300°F (hard crack stage).
- Remove from heat, divide the mixture into two bowls. Mix green food coloring and vanilla extract into one bowl for vibrancy.
- Pour the colored mixture into the molds carefully, creating a swirl effect by gently swirling with a toothpick or spoon.
- Allow the candies to cool and harden for about 20-30 minutes before removing from molds.

- For extra flair, add edible glitter or decorative sugar during cooling.
- Ensure candies are completely cooled before handling to prevent melting or deformation.
