Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a cupcake pan with colorful or themed cupcake liners inspired by Dragon Ball Z.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt until thoroughly combined.
- In a large bowl, beat the softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each. Stir in vanilla extract.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, alternating with milk. Mix until just combined. Divide the batter into two bowls.
- Add blue food coloring to one bowl and orange to the other, blending until vibrant.
- Spoon the batter into cupcake liners, layering colors or filling each with both colors for a capsule effect. Fill about 2/3 full.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Cool completely on a wire rack.
