- 2 soft-boiled eggs
- 1 sheet nori seaweed
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1 tbsp chili oil
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
Instructions
- In a pot, heat chicken broth with soy sauce and sesame oil until simmering.
- Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions, then drain.
- Place cooked noodles in a bowl, pour hot broth over.
- Top with sliced pork, halved soft-boiled eggs, nori, green onions, and a swirl of chili oil.
