- 1 sheet puff pastry dough
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 egg (beaten)
- Icing gel in various colors
- Sprinkles
- Powdered sugar (for dusting)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly flour a surface and roll out puff pastry. Cut into large oval shapes.
- Shape each oval into an elephant shape with ears by pinching edges and adding smaller dough pieces for the ears.
- Mix sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over the pastries.
- Brush with beaten egg, place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Once cooled, decorate with icing gels and sprinkles to resemble elephant features and add playful details. Dust with powdered sugar if desired.

- For extra fun, add edible eyes made from icing or candy.
- Ensure pastries are fully cooled before decorating.
