- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp Baking Powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 1/4 cups milk
- 1 large egg
- 3 tbsp melted butter
- Food coloring (blue, gray, pink)
- Fresh berries and syrup for topping
Instructions
- Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.
- Whisk wet ingredients separately.
- Combine wet and dry, add food coloring for elephant parts.
- Pour batter onto a hot griddle, shape into elephant ears and body.
- Cook until golden, flip and cook other side.
- Stack, top with syrup, fruits, and decorate as Dumbo.

- Use different food colors to distinguish parts of Dumbo.
- Ensure the griddle is well-heated for perfect browning.
