Fluffy pancakes shaped like Dumbo’s ears and body, stacked and decorated with syrup and fruit for a fun and magical breakfast.

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Whisk wet ingredients separately.
  3. Combine wet and dry, add food coloring for elephant parts.
  4. Pour batter onto a hot griddle, shape into elephant ears and body.
  5. Cook until golden, flip and cook other side.
  6. Stack, top with syrup, fruits, and decorate as Dumbo.
