Instructions
- Activate the yeast by dissolving the sugar in warm water. Let it sit for about 5 minutes until frothy.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, salt, ground cumin, coriander, and smoked paprika.
- Add the activated yeast mixture, olive oil, and honey into the dry ingredients. Stir until a rough dough forms.

- Place the kneaded dough in a greased bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let it rise in a warm spot for 1 to 2 hours or until doubled in size.
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). If you like, brush the top with water and sprinkle seeds or herbs for flavor and crunch.
- Gently punch down the risen dough, then shape it into a loaf. Place it in a greased loaf pan or shape it into a free-form loaf on a baking sheet.
- Allow the shaped dough to rise for another 30 minutes.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes or until the bread loaf develops a golden crust and sounds hollow when tapped.
- Remove from the oven and let cool on a wire rack before slicing.
