Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, mix sugar and cinnamon.
- In a bowl, toss pecans with melted butter, vanilla, and cinnamon sugar mixture until evenly coated.
- Spread pecans evenly on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes, stirring once halfway through, until fragrant and caramelized. Let cool before serving.
