- 1.5 pounds beef stew meat
- 4 cups beef broth
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 3 carrots, sliced
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 8 ounces wide egg noodles
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Place beef, onions, carrots, garlic, broth, Worcestershire, thyme, salt, and pepper into the slow cooker.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours until beef is tender.
- Add noodles during the last 20 minutes of cooking and cook until al dente.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.

- You can substitute ground beef for stew meat for a quicker version.
