- 4 cups heavy cream

Instructions
- Place chicken breasts in the slow cooker and season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Pour heavy cream over the chicken and cook on low for 6 hours.
- Shred the chicken with two forks and stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.
- Cook fettuccine separately according to package instructions.
- Combine cooked pasta with the chicken Alfredo sauce in the slow cooker or a large bowl.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.

- Adjust the seasoning according to taste.
- If the sauce is too thick, add a little pasta water for desired consistency.
