- 1 (10 oz) package frozen chopped spinach, drained
- 1 (14 oz) can artichoke hearts, chopped
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Combine the spinach, artichoke hearts, mayonnaise, Parmesan, mozzarella, cream cheese, garlic, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
- Transfer the mixture into the crockpot and spread evenly.
- Cook on low for 2-3 hours until hot and bubbly, stirring occasionally.
- Serve warm with chopped vegetables, bread, or chips.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add a pinch of red pepper flakes or a squeeze of lemon juice.
- Can be prepared ahead and refrigerated before cooking.
