- 1 pound thinly sliced steak or beef strips
- 1 cup shredded provolone or mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup sautéed green peppers and onions
- 1 sheet of keto-friendly puff pastry or cauliflower crust
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, heat olive oil and sauté green peppers and onions until tender.
- Spread the beef evenly over the keto dough sheet.
- Layer sautéed peppers and onions over the beef, then sprinkle with shredded cheese.
- Roll the dough tightly into a log and cut into individual pieces.
- Place rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and cheese is melted.
