- 1 cup orzo pasta
- 2 cups vegetable broth
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

Instructions
- Bring vegetable broth to a boil in a large skillet.
- Add orzo and cook until tender, about 8 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- In a separate pan, heat olive oil and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Add cherry tomatoes and cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Combine cooked orzo with sautéed garlic and tomatoes.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese and garnish with basil before serving.
Notes
- Feel free to add cooked chicken or shrimp for extra protein.
- For a vegan version, substitute Parmesan with nutritional yeast.
